If you have already made in-game or other in-app purchases, please check the following:
🔹 Your internet connection. It needs to be stable, so we recommend using Wi-Fi or at least a 3G/4G connection when making in-game purchases.
🔹 Temporary issues with the app store. All in-game purchases are processed by the store from which the game was downloaded. There is a possibility that the store is overloaded and cannot process your request. In this case, just wait a few minutes and try again.
🔹 Problems with the store app. They are usually resolved by rebooting the device.
If you have never made in-game or other app purchases:
🔹 Incorrect billing information. If you made a mistake entering your billing information, cancel the payment and start over.
🔹 Unsupported payment method. The payment method you want to use may not be supported by the app store. A list of supported payment methods can be found in the appropriate sections on the app store support sites.
