There are several ways to fix this:
🔹 Restart your device and reenter the game again;
🔹 Make sure your game is updated to the latest version;
🔹 Make sure your device software is up to date;
🔹 Delete the game from your device and redownload it from the appropriate app store. Please note that in order not to lose your game progress, we recommend that you first use the the “Save progress” feature (For more information, see the “Game progress” paragraph);
🔹 Make sure your device meets the minimum system requirements.

For Android devices, you can try clearing the app's cache:
🔹 Go to device settings -> Applications;
🔹 Select Tropicmania from the application list;
🔹 Find the "Clear Cache" button, tap it and log back into the game.
